A tea spoon sachet looks simple — and it is. But a few small details separate a good cup from a memorable one. This guide walks you through the ritual step by step, with the right water temperature and steeping time for each One Way tea.
What is a tea spoon sachet?
It is a sealed spoon-shaped infuser pre-filled with an exact dose of premium leaves. It replaces the tea bag, the measuring spoon and the stirrer in a single object: no string, no drips, no mess.
Step 1: Heat the water
Use fresh water. For black teas such as Breakfast and Earl Grey, bring it to a full boil (95–100°C). For green tea, let it rest about two minutes after boiling (75–80°C) so the leaves don't turn bitter. Herbal infusions such as anise love fully boiling water.
Step 2: Open the spoon
Tear the outer seal just before brewing. Keeping the spoon sealed until this moment is what protects the aroma from light, air and moisture.
Step 3: Dip and stir
Place the spoon in a cup of about 200–250 ml and pour the water over it. Stir gently for a few seconds — the ventilated chamber lets the water flow through the leaves like a real infuser.
Step 4: Steep for the right time
Black tea: 3–4 minutes. Earl Grey: 3 minutes. Green tea: 2–3 minutes. Anise and herbal: 4–5 minutes. Longer steeping gives strength but also bitterness, so taste and adjust.
Step 5: Lift and enjoy
Lift the spoon out cleanly. Enjoy the tea on its own, or add milk to Breakfast tea, lemon or honey to green tea, as you prefer.
Where it shines
At home, in the office, while travelling, and in hotel rooms and cafés, where it saves time and gives every guest a consistent, elegant cup.
